The new year has come and with that many new adventures to be had! Below you will find my 2010 Spring and Summer competition attendence schedule for my clients as well as myself. Why only the first half of the year you may ask? Well, because not all of life can be planned, anticipated or scheduled...let's see where these adventures take me and that will guide me to what is next...

April 3rd, 2010- NPC Mid-Illinois Bodybuilding & Figure Championships- Ottawa, IL
www.flexgymonline.com - I will be in attendance and have clients competing at this event.

April 10th, 2010- NPC Midwest Open Bodybuilding/ Fitness/ Figure Championships- Davenport, IA
www.iowamuscle.com - I will be in attendance and have clients competing at this event.

April 10th, 2010- ABA NATURAL Illinois Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships- Bolingbrook, IL- (Yes- the same day!)
www.naturalolympia.com - I have one client competing but will not be attending due to my attendance in Iowa- several more clients competing at that event.

May 22nd, 2010- NPC Grand Prix NATURAL Bodybuildng & Women's Figure Championships- Rockford, IL

NPC NATIONAL LEVEL EVENTS

June 18-19th, 2010- NPC Jr. Nationals- Chicago, IL www.npcjrnationals.com- I will be in attendance and have one client competing at this event.

July 9-10th, 2010- NPC Team Universe- Hackensack, NJ www.bevfrancis.synthasite.com- I will be competing! **I am also looking for sponsorship to assist in my preparations and travel expences for this event.

August 28, 2010- NPC Jr. USA Championships- Stafford, TX www.npcjrusa.com- I will be in attendance and have one client competing at this event.
