Journey 2009 Updated

2008- I'm Back!

Our new addition (baby Logan) is now a year old! As promised, I am "Back" and on my way to "Pro Quality" once again! I begin my contest preparations for the 2009 season in October and will be competing in March, April and May for certain. My plans past that point are currently undecided. In addition, I will also be guest posing again in May. A full schedule that will surely challenge me in every way with 3 children along for the ride. My plan has been in effect for some time now, as you can see from my weekly updates!

A big "Thank you" to Dan Davis, my new webmaster, for taking over my site and working so hard to bring things up to date. You can all watch my progress and read about my training/ dieting preparations in my members area, which has over 15,000 photos to date, along with video footage and a journal for my members only.

I will also be preparing clients for competitions in October and November of this year.
2009 will bring clients competing in April, May, September and November. My "Team Abrams" page will give you more in site into my contest preparation services.
