I had the pleasure of training with Jennifer Abrams a few years ago. My main reason for seeking out a trainer was weight loss and to get motivation to stick with a work out routine.  When we began training Jennifer took my measurements so there was another way to track my progress other than weight loss alone. She also gave me some advise to some simple changes I could make to my diet to help facilitate weight loss.

One of the most important things I gained from training with Jennifer was an understanding of how to do certain exercises correctly. Even though it has been a few years since we have trained together I still use many of the exercises she taught me in my current work out.  I know that Jennifer gave me a burst of motivation during a time when I really needed a push to get back to exercise. The real support she gave me was simply encouragement and a smiling face every time we met. I greatly appreciate the support and encouragement I received from Jennifer and I have no doubt that she can help anyone who is ready to make a positive change to their health.
